Accoring to Politico Mr. Sinclair was led away in hand cuffs after his press conference at the National Press Club. He evidently had a warrant for his arrest in Colorado. Mr. Sinclair held the press conference to raise awareness about his "night on the town" with Senator Obama back in 1999.
