Dear Mr. Parisi and WhiteHouse.com, Inc.
The following is a DEMAND FOR PAYMENT on WhiteHouse.com, Inc. Check number 2046, drawn on Walden Federal of Monroe, NY which was issued on February 22, 2008 to Lawrence Sinclair by Mr. Dan Parisi, President of WhiteHouse.com, Inc.
This check was issued for payment of “fee” as clearly stated on the memo line of said check, and is a legal debt owed by Whitehouse.com, Inc. and Dan Parisi for services received by way of video taping of polygraph exam and receiving said exam results and reports which were released to Whitehouse.com, Inc. and Dan Parisi specifically for the payment in the amount of Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) that was made by bad check.
Pursuant to sections 332.50 and 609.535 of Minnesota Statutes 1997, you are hereby notified that immediate payment of your dishonored check in the sum of Twenty Thousand dollars ($20,000.00) plus Nineteen dollars ($19.00) returned check fee charged by US Bank is demanded.
Total payment for Twenty Thousand nineteen dollars ($20,019.00) must be received within five (5) days from the date of this notice. Funds must be received in the form of CERTIFIED CHECK, no personal or company checks will be accepted for payment of the dishonored check.
Failure to make payment in full within the five (5) days will result in the filing of criminal charges on this check. In addition, a copy of the civil penalties under Minnesota Statutes makes you liable for the original amount of the dishonored check in addition to an additional amount equal to the amount of the original check if not paid within thirty (30) days of the date of this notice.
It is requested that you make payment on this dishonored check without delay to avoid additional civil and criminal penalties under Minnesota State Law.

I Lawrence Sinclair hereby certify that I did deposit in the U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation Requested, Postage pre-paid the forgoing RETURN CHECK NOTICE along with copy of Notice of Penalties pursuant of sections 332.50 and 609.535 of Minnesota Statutes 1997, and photo copy of the Returned check from US Bank of Duluth, Minnesota, this 3rd day of March, 2008 at the Snyder's U.S. Postal Service contract sub-station in the Holiday Center in Duluth, MN.
